Meet the Founder
Natalie Hinman, CAE, CMP
Natalie is an accomplished association executive and operations strategist with more than 13 years of experience leading meetings, education, and organizational operations for international medical and scientific associations. Her leadership style blends clarity, collaboration, care, and calm – especially in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
Her background includes:
- Leading 3,500+ attendee annual meetings, tradeshows, and cadaver labs
- Executing high-stakes leadership meetings and retreats
- Directing $7.5M+ meetings and education portfolios
- Restoring ACCME accreditation after a probationary period
- Executing and ensuring AATB compliance for large-scale surgical skills labs
- Redesigning operational processes, roles, and systems
- Managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex vendor negotiations
- Supporting boards, councils, and governance committees
- Expanding industry partnerships and sustainable revenue models
